Candace + Sean Engagement

He's my best friend, he makes me laugh, he laughs at my dumb jokes, and we both each other is the coolest person ever. - Candace

When Candace told me that she wanted to do the engagement session at Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown LA (and a new museum called The Broad), in my head, I thought I might not be the right photographer for her and Sean; only because I think it is such a popular (cliche) place that is loved by so many "trendy" brides. And I'm not trendy. (or I personally don't think so...?) But as I found out that she is an architect and started to get to know better about them, I decided to talk to my tiny brain and wanted to create something that would not only showcase their personalities (because I'm all about it!) but also wow the amazing architectural elements.

After about 2.5 hours of running around, making them uncomfortable with my goofy self, and having them silly-dance in front of me, our photographer-client bonding was achieved; no, more like friendship was formed as soon as we learned that both Sean and I dig noodle soups. Ahhhhhh... the best!
