Twin Oaks House Weddings in San Marcos, California | Documentary Wedding Photography

Theresa and Devin’s story started at University of California, Los Angeles, where they co-directed the Game Music Ensemble. They are music lovers, animation nerds, and video game enthusiasts who built something creative together.

Their wedding at Twin Oaks House Weddings in San Marcos, California, reflected their personalities through thoughtful details and meaningful moments. They prepared homemade chili oil favors for every guest and shared their love for boba and popcorn chicken, creating a fun and personal experience that everyone could enjoy.

The entire day was filled with genuine connection, laughter, and energy from their friends and family. As a San Marcos wedding photographer and San Diego documentary wedding photographer, these are the moments that matter most because they tell the real story of the couple.

This is what makes documentary wedding photography in San Diego so powerful. It captures natural interactions and real emotions so every photo feels alive and meaningful over time.

Theresa and Devin, thank you for trusting us to document your wedding at Twin Oaks House Weddings in San Marcos, California. Your day was full of creativity, personality, and love. 💛

Mission Viejo Country Club Wedding | Krystal & Mitchell

Krystal and Mitchell’s wedding at Mission Viejo Country Club was full of joy from start to finish. The sun was shining, the sky was clear, and the bridal party brought the color. 💛🌸 It felt like the kind of Southern California wedding day couples dream about.

The entire celebration overflowed with laughter and energy that carried long into the night. White doves soared above their ceremony as they said their vows, creating such a beautiful and symbolic moment. Later, cowboy hats and glow sticks took over the dance floor, and the party did not slow down for a second.

What made this Mission Viejo Country Club wedding even more unforgettable was how genuine and fun Krystal and Mitchell are. Their connection is easy and joyful, and that spirit was felt in every part of the day.

As documentary wedding photographers, we are not just taking photos. We are preserving family history. These are memories they will relive over and over, and one day pass down for generations. That is the heart of documentary wedding photography in Southern California. 💫

Family Portraits in Terranea Resort

Joy from San Francisco reached out to me while planning a trip to Los Angeles to visit her parents. She told me she had always wanted to “freeze” those natural and authentic moments with her kids when they were little but never had the chance. When her second baby was born, she was determined to have a few photos capturing her breastfeeding her baby.

They stayed at Terranea Resort, and it was the perfect backdrop.

With sweeping ocean views, golden light, and soft cliffs, Terranea creates a beautiful, natural setting for family portraits. The Chang Family’s laughter, hugs, and connection made every photo feel real and full of heart.

Family vacations are moments you want to remember forever, and documentary family photography preserves that joy exactly as it happened.
